Environmental initiative

Towing Mario Phaneuf takes the environment to heart. We are trying to reduce our ecological footprint and actively participate in local ecological initiatives. We participate in the Carboneutral project. This converts our energy consumption and our fuel consumption into a number of trees planted in order to compensate for the GHG's emitted throughout the year. We consider our membership in this project as an important investment for present and future generations. We are also making efforts to completely stop the use of paper in our establishments and in our road operations. It is by investing in new technologies and in our internal systems that we are able to set this type of objective.

Community involvement

Each year, we actively contribute by making donations to the Eco Action foundation to help promote the environment among young people. This organization carries out educational activities with young people in order to help them improve their awareness of current issues. We also participate in the annual fundraising of the Charlevoix Multiple Sclerosis Association in order to show them our support.

Laboratory and test center

Our fleet of trucks and our dispatch center are equipped with state-of-the-art IT and telecommunications components and infrastructures allowing optimal management of the fleet. To this end, we act as a laboratory and test center during R&D activities for the development of computerized management solutions.
